RESOLUTION NO. 99-171
APPROVAL OF CONCRETE WORK FOR 1999 AND 2000
WHEREAS, the City Council has authorized the receipt of bids for miscellaneous concrete work;
and
WHEREAS, in accordance with the State Statute bid specifications were prepared and
distributed and bid proposals were received and opened on March 11th for miscellaneous
concrete work; and
WHEREAS, the following bids were received:

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, that the bid from Landmark Concrete is declared the lowest responsible bidder for
various concrete work throughout our Park System for the years 1999 and 2000 and accepts the
estimated amount of $50,000 each year for the various projects.
FURTHER, that funding comes from 401 the Park Improvement Fund and the Park Maintenance
Budget.
Adopted by the City Council on April 6, 1999.
