RESOLUTION NO. 99-170
APPROVING ACCEPTANCE OF DONATION
WHEREAS, the Plymouth—Wayzata Youth Baseball Association wishes to donate
$15,000 for the purchase of fencing and safety bases; and
WHEREAS, the Director of Parks and Recreation has approved and recommended
approval of said donation;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PLYMOUTH CITY COUNCIL, that
the Director of Finance is authorized to accept the $15,000 donation from the Plymouth—
Wayzata Youth baseball Association to be used for the purchase of portable fencing and
safety bases.
FURTHER, that funding is from Fund 401.
Adopted by the City Council on April 6, 1999.
