RESOLUTION NO. 99-168
AUTHORIZING MAYOR AND CITY MANAGER TO SIGN ELECTRONIC
PROPRIETARY DATABASE (EPDB) LICENSE AGREEMENT WITH HENNEPIN
COUNTY
WHEREAS, the City's access to Hennepin County's Electronic Proprietary Database (EPDB)
has successfully reduced the work required by City staff to maintain the City's Geographic
Information System (GIS); and
WHEREAS, Hennepin County requires a signed agreement for access to their EPDB system;
and
WHEREAS, the City and Hennepin County agree to the execution of a conditional use license
agreement to protect the County's EPDB.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, THAT THE Mayor and City Manager are authorized
to sign the Hennepin County Conditional Use License Agreement providing Plymouth with access
to Hennepin County's EPDB system.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, THAT THE Mayor and City Manager are authorized to
renew this agreement in successive years so long as the approved budget includes funds to pay for
any agreement expenses.
