RESOLUTION NO. 99-167
DESIGNATING BONESTROO, ROSENE, ANDERLIK AND ASSOC., INC.
AS CONSULTANT FOR COMPREHENSIVE PLAN UPDATE
SANITARY SEWER AND WATER ELEMENTS
WHEREAS, the City has entered into an agreement with SRF Consulting Group, Inc. to
prepare the update of our Comprehensive Plan, except for the sanitary sewer and water
elements; and
WHEREAS, Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik and Assoc., Inc. has prepared these elements to
our plan; and
WHEREAS, the City has received a proposal dated March 2, 1999, to update these elements
for the current plan preparation
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That the Mayor and City Manager are authorized
to enter into all contracts necessary to secure the services of Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik
and Assoc., Inc. for the Sanitary Sewer and Water Comprehensive Plan updates in
accordance with their proposal dated March 2, 1999.
FURTHER, that funding in the amount of $48,000 is provided from the Utility Trunk Fund.
Adopted by the City Council on April 6, 1999.
