RESOLUTION NO. 99-159
APPROVING FINAL PAYMENT
RIDGEMOUNT AVENUE RECONSTRUCTION
CITY PROJECT NO. 7004
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth entered into an agreement with the City of Minnetonka
for the reconstruction of Ridgemount Avenue from Vinewood Lane to County Road 73 on
May 28, 1997; and
WHEREAS, Minnetonka administered this project and has certified its completion and final
cost; and
WHEREAS, the cost has been reviewed by the City Engineering Department and approval
is recommended.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That final payment for the reconstruction of
Ridgemount Avenue in the amount of $452,533.24 is approved.
Adopted by the City Council on April 6, 1999.
