RESOLUTION NO. 99-158
RESOLUTION AMENDING PREVIOUS RESOLUTIONS INVOLVING THE
OPERATION OF SNOWMOBILES WITHIN THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH
WHEREAS, the City Council adopted several resolutions involving the operation of
snowmobiles within the City of Plymouth, and
WHEREAS, changes have occurred within the City which have necessitated some
changes to these ordinances; and
WHEREAS, Resolution 95-75, which designated property at Hwy 55 and Vicksburg
Lane for parking and that property has since been developed, is hereby revoked in its
entirety; and
WHEREAS, Resolution 95-76, the Snowmobile Task Force has been replaced by the
Public Safety Advisory Board.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, that the City Council adopt the resolution amending previous resolutions
regarding the operations of snowmobiles within the City of Plymouth.
