RESOLUTION NO. 99-157
APPROVING USE OF PARK BY THE AMERICAN DIABETES ASSOCIATION
FOR A FUND RAISING EVENT
WHEREAS, the American Diabetes Association has requested permission to hold a fund
raising bicycle tour event commencing at Parkers Lake Park, and
WHEREAS, the Director of Parks and Recreation has recommended approval of this
request;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PLYMOUTH CITY COUNCIL, that
the American Diabetes Association is authorized to use Parkers Lake Park on Saturday,
June 6, as a fund raising event as part of their Tour de Cure program.
Adopted by the City Council on April 6, 1999.
