Staff is directed to establish a fee schedule to comply with this policy. • Agendas, minutes, and current staff reports for City Council and all City Boards and Commissions will be provided at no cost. • Maps, plans, mylars, police accident/incident reports, computer labels, fingerprint cards, diskettes, videotapes/audiotapes, and similar items will be sold at actual City cost. • Photocopies of other documents: The first 50 pages free; $.05 per page thereafter. Adopted by the City Council on April 6, 1999.
