RESOLUTION NO. 99-148
TRANSFERRING FUNDS FROM GENERAL FUND TO YEAR 2000 CONTINGENCY
RESERVE
WHEREAS, funds are required to assist with financing of a Year 2000 Contingency Reserve;
and
WHEREAS, the General Fund has funds available to assist with the financing of the Year 2000
Contingency Reserve; and
WHEREAS, the City Council reviewed the recommendation from the Finance Director to
transfer $12,500 from the General Fund to the Year 2000 Contingency Reserve;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the Finance Director is hereby directed to
transfer $12,500 from the General Fund to the Year 2000 Contingency Reserve. Further that the
transfer is to be made effective December 31, 1998 for the 1998 accounting year.
Adopted by the City Council on March 16, 1999.
