RESOLUTION NO. 99-146
TRANSFERRING FUNDS FROM GENERAL FUND TO INFORMATION
TECHNOLOGY RESERVE
WHEREAS, funds are required to assist with future financing of Information Technology
upgrades; and
WHEREAS, the General Fund has funds available to assist with the financing of the upgrades;
and
WHEREAS, the City Council reviewed the recommendation from the Finance Director to
transfer $100,000 from the General Fund to the Information Technology Reserve;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the Finance Director is hereby directed to
transfer $100,000 from the General Fund to the Information Technology Reserve. Further that
the transfer is to be made effective December 31, 1998 for the 1998 accounting year.
Adopted by the City Council on March 16, 1999.
