RESOLUTION 99-142
APPROVING 1999 RENTAL FEES AND POLICIES
WHEREAS, the Department of Parks and Recreation annually provides facilities for rent to the
citizens of Plymouth, and
WHEREAS, the Park and Recreation Advisory Commission has reviewed and recommended the
1999 fees and policies for the rental of facilities;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PLYMOUTH CITY COUNCIL that the
1999 Rental Fees and policies are hereby approved as presented in a staff report dated February
23, 1999, including language regarding obscene or lewd lyrics during use of any City
performance stage.
Adopted by the City Council on March 16, 1999.
