APPROVING THE 1999 - 2003 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS PROGRAM (CIP) FOR
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth develops a Capital Improvements Program which
outlines proposed capital expenditures for city streets, water and sewer systems, and parks;
and
WHEREAS, the proposed Capital Improvement Program for the years 1999 - 2003 has
been reviewed by the Plymouth Planning Commission, following a duly called public
hearing on March 10, 1999; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission unanimously recommends that the City Council
approve the 1999 - 2003 Capital Improvements Program;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Plymouth
Minnesota, that the 1999 - 2003 Capital Improvements Program is hereby approved.
Adopted by the Plymouth City Council on March 16, 1999.
