RESOLUTION NO. 99-139
APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS, PRELIMINARY PROJECT BUDGET
AND AUTHORIZING BIDDING FOR THE ACTIVITY CENTER AND FIELD HOUSE,
CITY PROJECT 7021
WHEREAS, Plymouth voters approved the construction of an Activity Center and Field House
at a special election in May, 1998; and
WHEREAS, the location of the projects along 34th Avenue in Plymouth Creek Park was
reaffirmed in September, 1998; and
WHEREAS, detailed plans and specifications have been developed and are ready for the
bidding process; and
WHEREAS, a preliminary budget of $7,634.775 is recommended for approval, pending the
outcome of bidding and the development of a final project budget;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it approves the plans and specifications,
preliminary budget, and authorizes bidding for the Activity Center and Field House, City Project
7021.
Adopted by the City Council on March 16, 1999.
