RESOLUTION NO. 99-128
APPROVING THE AMENDMENTS TO THE PERSONAL POLICY
AMENDING THE ANNUAL LEAVE PLAN
WHEREAS, the current Personnel Policy provides for an annual leave program; and
WHEREAS, it is appropriate to reopen the option of opting for this annual leave program.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should, and hereby does, approve the
amendments to the Personnel Policy amending Section 13. Annual Leave.
Adopted by the City Council on March 16, 1999.
