TO ALLOW A ONE -FOOT FOUR -INCH CANTILEVER ENCROACHMENT INTO THE REQUIRED 15 - FOOT WETLAND BUFFER SETBACK FOR 47 TOWNHOMES FOR THE VILLAGE AT BASSETT CREEK PUD, LOCATED SOUTH OF 10TH AVENUE, NORTH OF HIGHWAY 55 AND WEST OF REVERE LANE (99004) WHEREAS, The Rottlund Company, Inc. has requested approval of a PUD Amendment for property legally described as follows: Lots 1-12, Block 1, and Lots 1-35, Block 2, The Village at Bassett Creek. WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request at a duly called public hearing and recommends approval. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request by The Rottlund Company, Inc. for a PUD Amendment to allow a one -foot four -inch cantilever encroachment into the required 15 -foot wetland buffer setback for 47 townhomes at The Village at Bassett Creek PUD, subject to the following condition: A PUD Amendment is approved in accordance with the application and plans received by the City on January 15, 1999, except as amended by this resolution.
