RESOLUTION NO. 99-114
APPROVAL OF TURTLE LAKE PARK PLAY EQUIPMENT
WHEREAS, the City Council has authorized the receipt of bids for the purchase of play
equipment for Turtle Lake Park; and
WHEREAS, in accordance with State Statute bid specifications were prepared and distributed
and bid proposals were received and opened on February 16th for Turtle Lake Park; and
WHEREAS, the following bids were received:

Flanagan Sales, Inc.
$57,478.83
Earl F. Anderson
$70,149.00
Miracle Recreation
$61,174.50
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the bid from Flanagan Sales, Inc. is declared the lowest
responsible bidder for play equipment for Turtle Lake Park and accepts the bid in the amount of
$57,478.83 for Turtle Lake Park.
FURTHER, that the funding is from Fund 401.
