RESOLUTION NO. 99-113
APPROVAL OF GREEN OAKS PARK PLAY EQUIPMENT
WHEREAS, the City Council has authorized the receipt of bids for the purchase of play
equipment for Green Oaks Park; and
WHEREAS, in accordance with State Statute bid specifications were prepared and distributed
and bid proposals were received and opened on Feb. 16th for Green Oaks Park; and
WHEREAS, the following bids were received:

Earl F. Anderson
$62,204.61
Miracle Recreation
$64,972.40
Flanagan Sales, Inc.
$66,323.38
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the bid from Earl F. Anderson is declared the lowest
responsible bidder for play equipment for Green Oaks and accepts their bid in the amount of
$62,204.61 for Green Oaks.
FURTHER, that funding is from Fund 401.
