RESOLUTION NO. 99-112
APPROVAL OF LACOMPT PARK PLAY EQUIPMENT
WHEREAS, the City Council has authorized the receipt of bids for the purchase of equipment
for LaCompt Park; and
WHEREAS, in accordance with State Statute bid specifications were prepared and distributed
and bid proposals were received and opened on February 16th for LaCompt Park; and
WHEREAS, the following bids were received:

$50,257.00
Flanagan Sales
$55,929.75
Earl F. Anderson
$64,128.00
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the bid from Miracle Recreation is declared the lowest
responsible bidder for play equipment for LaCompt Park and accepts the bids in the amount of
$50,257 for LaCompt.
FURTHER, that funding is from Fund 401.
