HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1999-110CITY OF PLYMOUTH RESOLUTION NO. 99-110 TRAFFIC SIGNAL AGREEMENT SCHMIDT LAKE ROAD AND HIGHWAY 169 CITY PROJECT NO. 8039 BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Plymouth enter into an agreement with the State of Minnesota, Department of Transportation for the following purposes, to wit: To install new traffic control signals with street lights, emergency vehicle pre- emption and signing on Trunk Highway No. 169 West Ramps at Schmidt Lake Road, and on Trunk Highway No. 169 East Ramps at 49th Avenue North; and install interconnect from Trunk Highway No. 169 West Ramps at Schmidt Lake Road to Trunk Highway No. 169 East Ramps at 49th Avenue North in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth and contained in Agreement No. 78425R, a copy of which was before the Council. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Manager be and hereby are authorized to execute such agreement, and thereby assume for and on behalf of the City all of the contractual obligations contained therein. FURTHER, that City funding for its share of the cost is from the 1998 C.I.P., Traffic Signals. Adopted by the City Council on March 2, 1999.
