RESOLUTION NO. 99-109
APPROVING MINNESOTA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION (MNDOT)
LIMITED USE PERMIT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF
A PEDESTRIAN BRIDGE ALONG COUNTY ROAD 9 OVER I-494
CITY PROJECT NO. 5012
WHEREAS, the City Council previously ordered the preparation of plans and specifications for the
construction of a pedestrian bridge adjacent to and south of the County Road 9 bridge which passes
over I-494; and
WHEREAS, the pedestrian bridge will be within MnDOT right-of-way as it passes over I-494
which requires a Limited Use Permit from MnDOT to place a structure within their right-of-way;
and
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 98-738 approved the incorrect MnDOT Limited Use Permit for this
project;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That the Mayor and City Manager are authorized to execute the
Limited Use Permit as prepared by MnDOT in accordance with Minnesota Statutes Section 161.433
and Federal Aid Policy Guide Part 713, and containing 20 special provisions.
AND FURTHER, Resolution No. 98-738 is hereby rescinded.
