RESOLUTION NO. 99-102
APPROVING AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH AND
THE CITY OF MINNETONKA RELATING TO THE
CONSTRUCTION OF KINGSVIEW LANE
PLYMOUTH PROJECT NO. 9002
WHEREAS, an agreement between the City of Minnetonka and the City of Plymouth for
participation in the construction of Kingsview Lane from Niagara Lane to Gleason Lake
Road has been prepared and presented to the City;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That said agreement in all things is approved as
conditioned therein;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Mayor and City Manager are authorized to sign an
agreement between Minnetonka and Plymouth.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City funding for the project estimated to be
$174,490 is provided from the Infrastructure Replacement Fund, Trunk Sewer Fund, and
from special assessments to be assessed under City Policy.
