RESOLUTION 99-89
APPROVING LETTER OF INTENT TO
METROPOLITAN ENERGY AGGREGATION GROUP
WHEREAS, City representatives have participated in discussions with the Metropolitan Energy
Aggregation Group; and
WHEREAS, the Metropolitan Energy Aggregation Group has requested a letter from the City
expressing the City's continued interest in being actively involved.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the letter of intent expressing the City's interest and intent to
participate in a partnership with other local units of government to cooperatively purchase
energy and authorize expenditures up to $1,000 to meet those delineated in the letter is hereby
approved, and further that expenditures shall come from account number 607-7401.
Adopted by the City Council on February 16, 1999.
