RESOLUTION NO. 99-72
APPROVING OFF -SALE 3.2 LIQUOR LICENSE FOR
PLYMOUTH 1998 L.L.C., SUPER VALU, INC., DB/A/ CUB FOODS, 4445 NATHAN LANE
WHEREAS, the City has received an application for an off -sale 3.2 liquor license from
Plymouth 1998 L.L.C., Super Valu, Inc. doing business as Cub Foods, 4445 Nathan Lane; and
WHEREAS, the applicant has paid all fees and provided all required insurance certificates.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Plymouth that an off -
sale 3.2 liquor license is hereby approved for Plymouth 1998 L.L. C., Super Valu, Inc., 4445
Nathan Lane, for the period through June 30, 1999.
Approved by the City Council on February 2, 1999.
