RESOLUTION NO. 99-71
APPROVING ON -SALE 3.2 MALT LIQUOR LICENSE AND WINE LICENSE
FOR ASIAN MILL, INC. D/B/A TEA HOUSE RESTAURANT
88 NATHAN LANE
WHEREAS, the City has received applications for an on -sale 3.2 malt liquor license and wine
license from Asian Mill, Inc., d/b/a Tea House Restaurant, 88 Nathan Lane, and
WHEREAS, the applicant has paid all fees and provided all required insurance certificates, and
WHEREAS, an investigation of the applicant by the Plymouth Police Department resulted in no
recommendation for denial of the license; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing was conducted and the City Council finds no reason to deny the
license.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Plymouth that an
on -sale 3.2 malt liquor license and wine license is hereby approved for Asian Mill, Inc., 88 Nathan
Lane. The on -sale 3.2 malt liquor license is issued for the period through June 30, 1999. The
wine license is issued for the period February 2, 1999 through January 31, 2000
