RESOLUTION NO. 99-65
ORDERING IMPROVEMENT
FERNDALE ROAD
STREET AND TRAIL
CITY PROJECT NO. 6007
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 99-16 of the City Council adopted the 5"' day of January,
1999, fixed a date for a public hearing with respect to the improvements to Ferndale Road
from U.S. Hwy. 12 to Co. Rd. 6; and
WHEREAS, the proposed project includes the installation of a 28 foot wide 9 ton
bituminous street with concrete curb and gutter, storm sewer, 8 -foot bituminous trail, 5 -
foot concrete sidewalk and all necessary appurtenances; and
WHEREAS, ten days published notice of the hearing through two weekly publications of
the required notice was given and the hearing was held thereon the 2" a day of February,
1999, at which time all persons desiring to be heard were given an opportunity to be heard
thereon;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council resolution
adopted January 5, 1999.
Adopted by the City Council on February 2, 1999.
