RESOLUTION NO. 99-64
ORDERING PUBLIC HEARING ON THE VACATION OF
A PART OF PINEVIEW LANE RIGHT-OF-WAY
BASS LAKE HIGHLANDS
WHEREAS, pursuant to M.S.A. 412.851 and the City Charter Section 12.06, the City of
Plymouth City Council by its own motion proposes the vacation of the following part of
Pineview Lane right-of-way:
That part of Pineview Lane as platted in Bass Lake Highlands, according to the
recorded plat, Hennepin County, Minnesota, lying southerly of the southwesterly
extension of the southeasterly line of Outlot A, in said plat; and northerly of the
westerly extension of the southerly line of Lot 24, Block 2, Bass Lake Highlands.
AND WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed said proposed vacation and found the same to
be in order;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That it should, and hereby does, establish the date of March
2, 1999 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers, Plymouth City Center, 3400 Plymouth Boulevard,
as the time and place for the public hearing of said petition and directs the administrative staff to
publish notice of said hearing as provided by law.
Adopted by the City Council on February 2, 1999.
