RESOLUTION 99-43
APPROVING 1999 PARK CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS, the Director of Parks and Recreation has developed a five-year capital
improvements program for the city's entire park system, and
WHEREAS, the Park and Recreation Advisory Commission has reviewed and adopted the
proposed 1999-2003 park capital improvements budget, and
WHEREAS, the Director of Parks and Recreation has recommended that the City proceed with
playground replacement and additional constriction at West Medicine Lake city park.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PLYMOUTH CITY COUNCIL that the
Director of Parks and Recreation is authorized to proceed with park improvement projects at
LaCompte, Green Oaks, Turtle Lake and West Medicine Lake parks, and fiirther, that the
Director of Finance is authorized to transfer money from the park dedication accounts and park
replacement accounts to the constriction accounts for the financing of said projects.
