RESOLUTION 99-29
APPROVAL OF ON -SALE AND SUNDAY INTOXICATING
LIQUOR, OFF -SALE INTOXICATING LIQUOR, AND
WINE LICENSES
BE IT RESOLVED that the following licenses are approved for issuance for the period
February 1, 1999, through January 31, 2000, with these conditions:
1. That the required license fees be paid by January 29, 1999; and
2. That proof of worker compensation, general liability, and liquor liability
insurance be provided by January 29, 1999.
