RESOLUTION NO. 99-22
APPROVAL OF PURCHASE ONE NEW CURRENT MODEL
SIDEWALK/TRAIL SNOW PLOWING MACHINE (MT -5 TRACKLESS)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved in the 1999 budget the purchase of one new
Sidewalk/Trail Snow Plowing Machine; and
WHEREAS, the City may purchase off State contracts; and
WHEREAS, Mac Queen Equipment Co. has a contract with the State.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, TO PURCHASE A SIDEWALK/TRAIL SNOW
PLOWING MACHINE OFF THE STATE CONTRACT THROUGH MAC QUEEN
EQUIPMENT CO. THE PURCHASE PRICE IS $68,977.92 INCLUDING STATE SALES
TAX.
FURTHER, that the funding will be 602-1760-8004
Adopted by the City Council on January 5, 1999.
