RESOLUTION NO. 99-21
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO SIGN THE
CERTIFICATE OF EXEMPTION FROM THE
1991 WETLAND ACT
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, PARKS DEPARTMENT (98153)
(NE '/4 NE '/4 Section 21 T.118 R.22)
WHEREAS, City Of Plymouth, proposes to fill less than 2,000 sq. ft. of type one fringe of a
wetland basin, and
WHEREAS, the filling of this type of wetland is exempt from the Minnesota Wetland
Conservation Act under De Minimus Exemptions (8420.0122 Subp. 9).
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That the Mayor is authorized to execute the
Certificate of Exemption Form for City Of Plymouth.
Adopted by the City Council on January 5, 1999.
