APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 1
SCHMIDT LAKE ROAD
CITY PROJECT NO. 9007
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 has been prepared providing for the following:
Additional compensation to the contractor to add a surface treatment to the
retaining wall block, replace an existing 12" gate valve, provide temporary
striping, correct a portion of trail subgrade due to ground water, additional
muck excavation, additional 24" storm sewer to replace ditch.
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 for Schmidt Lake Road, City Project No. 9007, is
recommended for approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That Change Order No. 1 to S.R. Weidema, Inc. for
Schmidt Lake Road, City Project No. 9007, by adding $48,338.91 is approved:
