RESOLUTION NO. 99-9
APPROVING BUDGET AMENDMENT
PLYMOUTH WATER RESOURCES MANAGEMENT PLAN
CITY PROJECT NO. 5025
WHEREAS, the City Council on July 18, 1995, approved an agreement with Short Elliott
Hendrickson, Inc. (SEH) to develop a comprehensive Water Resources Management Plan; and
WHEREAS, such plan has been prepared and approved for submittal to the Water Management
Organizations by the City Council on December 16, 1998; and
WHEREAS, in development of the plan because of additions to the scope of service, additional
effort was required in the preparation of the plan.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That the budget for the services from SEH to prepare the
Water Resources Management Plan is increased from $152,091 to $205,191.
FURTHER, that the fiinding for these additional services is from the Storm Water Funds as
included with the original approval.
Adopted by the City Council on January 5, 1999.
