RESOLUTION NO. 99-7
APPROVAL OF PURCHASE ONE NEW CURRENT MODEL
SINGLE AXLE DUMP TRUCK CHASSIS
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved in the 1999 budget the purchase of one new single
axle dump thick; and
WHEREAS, the City may purchase off State contracts; and
WHEREAS, Boyer Ford has a contract with the State.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, TO PURCHASE A SINGLE AXLE DUMP
TRUCK CHASSIS OFF THE STATE CONTRACT THROUGH BOYER FORD. THE
PURCHASE PRICE IS $53,916.00 EXCLUDING STATE SALES TAX.
FURTHER, that the funding will be 602-1760-8004
Adopted by the City Council on January 5, 1999.
