RESOLUTION 99-6
AUTHORIZING CONTRACT FOR CLEANING SERVICES AT PLYMOUTH
ICE ARENA
WHEREAS, the State of Minnesota has a program which offers employment
opportunities for mentally challenged individuals, and
WHEREAS, the City Ice Center needs cleaning on a regular basis, and the City supports
this worthwhile program;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the Mayor and City Manager are
authorized to enter into a contract with the State of Minnesota for the provision of
cleaning services at the Ice Center. Said contract to be reviewed at the end of one year.
ADOPTED by the City Council on January 5, 1999.
