FINDING NO OBJECTION TO LAWFUL GAMBLING EXEMPTION
FOR PILGRIM LANE PTO
WHEREAS, notice of Lawful Gambling Exemption has been submitted to the City by Pilgrim
Lane PTO for raffles and bingo to be conducted on April 30, 1999.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Plymouth that it
finds no objection to the Lawfid Gambling Exemption for Pilgrim Lane PTO for an event at
Pilgrim Lane Elementary School, 3725 Pilgrim Lane, on April 30, 1999. The City fiirther waives
the 30 -day approval waiting period.
Adopted by the City Council on January 5, 1999.
