RESOLUTION NO. 98-744
REVISING DATE OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT HEARING
KINGSVIEW LANE STREET IMPROVEMENT
NIAGARA LANE TO GLEASON LAKE DRIVE
CITY PROJECT NO. 9002
WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution adopted by the City Council on December 2, 1998, a
public improvement hearing has been set for the Kingsview Lane Improvement Project for
January 20, 1999; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined to change the regular meeting dates effective
with the first meeting in January 1999.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That the public hearing date for the Kingsview
Lane Improvement Project is revised from January 20, 1999, to January 19, 1999, and all
other provisions in setting the public improvement hearing are unchanged.
Adopted by the City Council on December 16, 1998.
