FINDING NO OBJECTION TO LAWFUL GAMBLING EXEMPTION
FOR MINNESOTA FRATERNAL ORDER OF POLICE NORTH METRO LODGE #2
WHEREAS, notice of Lawful Gambling Exemption have been submitted to the City by
Minnesota Fraternal Order of Police North Metro Lodge 42 for a raffle to be conducted on
January 27, 1999.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Plymouth that it
finds no objection to the Lawfid Gambling Exemption for Minnesota Fraternal Order of Police
North Metro Lodge 42 for an event at 2705 Annapolis Lane North, on January 27, 1999. The
City fiirther waives the 30—day approval waiting period.
Adopted by the City Council on December 16, 1998.
