RESOLUTION NO. 98-738
APPROVING MINNESOTA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION
(MNDOT) LIMITED USE PERMIT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE
PEDESTRIAN BRIDGE ALONG COUNTY ROAD 9 OVER I-494
CITY PROJECT NO. 5012
WHEREAS, the City Council has recently ordered the preparation of plans and
specifications for the constriction of a pedestrian bridge adjacent to and south of the County
Road 9 bridge which passes over I-494; and
WHEREAS, the pedestrian bridge will be within MnDOT right-of-way as it passes over I-
494 which requires a permit from MnDOT to place a stricture within their right-of-way.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That the Mayor and City Manager are authorized
to execute the Limited Use Permit as prepared by MnDOT in accordance with Minnesota
Statutes Section 161.434 and containing 21 special provisions.
