RESOLUTION NO. 98-737
ACCEPTING SANITARY SEWER CONSTRUCTION
PLYMOUTH COLLECTION (97070)
WHEREAS, in accordance with the Site Improvement Agreement dated March 5, 1998,
Baker Plymouth Collection LLC developer of Plymouth Collection (97070) has agreed to
relocate sanitary sewer in accordance with constriction plans prepared by Hansen, Thorp,
Pellinen, Olson, Inc. and approved by the City; and
WHEREAS, the developer has completed relocation of the sanitary sewer; and
WHEREAS, the developer has requested City acceptance of the sanitary sewer constriction;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: that the sanitary sewer constriction is accepted for
continual maintenance as of December 16, 1998 subject to the two-year guarantee of the
maintenance bond provided by the Developer.
Adopted by the City Council on December 16, 1998.
