RESOLUTION 98-732
APPROVING LOT DIVISION/LOT CONSOLIDATION FOR CARLSON REAL
ESTATE COMPANY FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER
OF CARLSON PARKWAY AND I-494 (98179)
WHEREAS, an application has been filed by Carlson Real Estate Company which requests
approval of a lot division and lot consolidation to divide and consolidate three parcels, as
legally described on Attachment One, attached hereto and hereby made a part hereof, and
WHEREAS, the proposed lot arrangement for which the lot division and lot consolidation
is sought is as legally described on Attachment Two, attached hereto and hereby made a
part hereof, and
WHEREAS, the City Council has fully considered the request for the lot division/lot
consolidation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the
lot division/lot consolidation for Carlson Real Estate Company, subject to the following
conditions:
1. This resolution approves a lot division/lot consolidation, in accordance with the plans
received by the City on October 2, 1998 and revision received on November 3, 1998.
2. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memo.
3. Submittal of required drainage and utility easement documents as approved by the City
Engineer prior to filing of the lot division/lot consolidation.

described line: Commencing at the southeast corner of said Lot 1; thence north 1 degree
27 minutes 59 seconds east along the east line of said Lot a distance of 342.65 feet; thence
north 5 degrees 30 minutes 16 seconds west along the east line of said Lot a distance of
92.74 feet to the beginning of the line to be described; thence south 81 degrees 09 minutes
35 seconds west a distance of 2 13. 19 feet; thence north 27 degrees 52 minutes 34 seconds
west a distance of 71.53 feet to a point on the northeasterly line of said Lot and said line
there terminating.
