RESOLUTION 98-715
FINDING NO OBJECTION TO LAWFUL GAMBLING EXEMPTION
FOR PLYMOUTH CREEK ELEMENTARY PTA
WHEREAS, notice of Lawful Gambling Exemption have been submitted to the City by
Plymouth Creek Elementary School PTA for a raffle to be conducted on January 29, 1999.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Plymouth that it
finds no objection to the Lawfid Gambling Exemption for Plymouth Creek Elementary PTA for
an event at Plymouth Creek Elementary School, 16005 41st Avenue N., on January 29, 1999. The
City fiirther waives the 30—day approval waiting period.
Adopted by the City Council on December 2, 1998.
