RESOLUTION NO. 98 - 712
ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF
PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS
KINGSVIEW LANE LIFT STATION REPLACEMENT
CITY PROJECT NO. 9002
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 98-643 of the City Council adopted the 21" day of October, 1998,
accepted the preliminary engineering report which concluded that the replacement of the existing
sanitary sewer lift station with gravity sewer is feasible, necessary and cost effective; and
WHEREAS, the proposed project includes installing sanitary sewer, and removing and
abandoning an existing lift station and forcemain; and
WHEREAS, ordering this improvement requires a majority vote of the Council since the project
costs are not proposed to be assessed;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council resolution
adopted October 21, 1998.
2. The Plymouth Engineering Department is designated as engineer for the
improvement. They shall prepare plans and specifications for the making of such
improvement.
Adopted by the City Council on November 18, 1998.
