RESOLUTION NO. 98-710
APPROVING OFF -SALE INTOXICATING LIQUOR LICENSE FOR
CURTIN' S, INC., D/B/A PARADISE LIQUORS
12 NATHAN LANE
WHEREAS, the City has received an application for an off -sale intoxicating liquor
license from Curtin's, Inc., d/b/a/ Paradise Liquors, 12 Nathan Lane; and
WHEREAS, the applicant has paid all fees and provided all required insurance
certificates; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has conducted a public hearing and finds no reason to deny
the license application.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Plymouth
that an off -sale intoxicating liquor license is hereby approved for Curtin's Inc., d/b/a
Paradise Liquors, 12 Nathan Lane, for the period through January 31, 1999.
Approved by the City Council on November 18, 1998.
