APPROVING SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT
RIDGEMOUNT AVENUE - STREET
RECONSTRUCTION IMPROVEMENTS
CITY PROJECT NO. 7004
WHEREAS, A Supplemental Agreement for additional work has been prepared by the City of
Minnetonka providing for the following:
Revisions to the constriction contract by the addition of 30" storm sewer and
drain tile; and
WHEREAS, this additional work is necessary; and
WHEREAS, Supplemental Agreement No. 1 for Ridgemount Avenue - Street Reconstruction,
City Project No. 7004, is recommended for approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That a Supplemental Agreement No. 1 for
Ridgemount Avenue — Street Reconstruction, City Project No. 7004, by adding $28,392.00 is
approved:
