RESOLUTION NO: 98-664
APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 5 AND FINAL PAYMENT
TO BEN FRANKLIN ELECTRIC
WHEREAS, the Director of Parks and Recreation has submitted Change Order No. 5 in the
amount of $4,483.00 and request for final payment from Ben Franklin Electric in the amount of
$4,783.20 and
WHEREAS, all the work has been completed as required by contract,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PLYMOUTH CITY COUNCIL that
Change Order No. 5 in the amount of $4,483.00 and final payment in the amount of $4,783.20 to
Ben Franklin Electric, are hereby approved.
Adopted by the City Council on November 4, 1998.
