RESOLUTION NO. 98-663
APPROVING CONTRACT FOR FIXED ASSET INVENTORY AND VALUATION
WHEREAS, the City's Independent Auditors have recommended that the City have a Fixed
Asset Inventory and Valuation performed; and
WHEREAS, the City has received proposals from four firms that perform Fixed Aset Inventories
and Valuations; and
WHEREAS, the firm of Valuation Resource Management appears to be the best firm to conduct
the inventory and valuation.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the firm of Valuation Resources Management is
hereby approved to perform the Fixed Asset Inventory and Valuation for a fee of $13,800, and
fiirther that fiinds shall be charged to the various budget categories within the 1998 budget for
this purpose.
