APPROVING GASOLINE SERVICE STATION LICENSE
FOR ERICKSON OIL PRODUCTS, INC., DB/A/ FREEDOM VALU CENTER #66
4140 BERKSHIRE LANE
WHEREAS, an application for a gasoline service station license has been received from Erickson
Oil Products, Inc., d/b/a/ Freedom Valu Center 466, 4140 Berkshire Lane, and
WHEREAS, all required fees and certificates of insurance have been provided.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED that a gasoline service station license is
hereby approved for Erickson Oil Products, Inc., d/b/a/ Freedom Valu Center 466,
4140 Berkshire Lane, for the period October 22, 1998, through December 31, 1998, with the
condition that a Certificate of Occupancy be issued by the Plymouth Building Division.
Adopted by the Plymouth City Council on October 21, 1998.
