RESOLUTION NO. 98-647
RENEW HENNEPIN COUNTY CONTRACT FOR
ACCESS TO COUNTY INFORMATION SYSTEMS
WHEREAS, access to Hennepin County's property information system has successfully reduced
the work required by City staff to provide property -related information to the County
WHEREAS, the City's public safety department has more effectively executed its responsibilities
with more timely access to Hennepin County public safety information
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, THAT THE City Manager is authorized to renew
Hennepin County contract number A15826, providing Plymouth with access to Hennepin County
property and public safety information systems (expenses to be paid by the Information
Technology Fund).
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, THAT THE City Manager is authorized to renew this
contract in successive years so long as the approved budget includes fiinds to pay for contract
expenses.
