RESOLUTION NO. 98-646
ORDERING PUBLIC HEARING ON THE VACATION OF
OAK STREET RIGHT-OF-WAY
GLEN GROVE ACRES FIRST SUBDIVISION
WHEREAS, pursuant to M.S.A. 412.851 and the City Charter Section 12.06, William Metz has
petitioned the City Council for the vacation of Oak Street right-of-way:
Oak Street as platted in Glen Grove Acres First Subdivision, Hennepin County,
MN.
AND WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed said request and found the same to be in order;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That it should, and hereby does, establish the date of
November 18, 1998 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers, Plymouth City Center, 3400
Plymouth Boulevard, as the time and place for the public hearing of said petition and directs the
administrative staff to publish notice of said hearing as provided by law.
Adopted by the City Council on October 21, 1998.
