RESOLUTION NO. 98-645
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO SIGN THE
CERTIFICATE OF EXEMPTION FROM THE
1991 WETLAND ACT
BENSON-ORTH ASSOCIATION INCORPORATED ( 98176)
(NW SE Sec. 28, T118N, R22W)
WHEREAS, Benson -Orth Association Inc., propose to fill a type one wetland basin that is
less than 2,000 sq. ft, and
WHEREAS, the filling of this type of wetland is exempt from the Minnesota Wetland
Conservation Act under De Minimus Exemptions (8420.0122 Subp. 9).
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That the Mayor is authorized to execute the
Certificate of Exemption Form for BENSON-ORTH ASSOCIATION INCORPORATED
Adopted by the City Council on October 21, 1998.
